My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is superb, right in the heart of Hiroshima, making it easy to explore the city. I enjoyed people watching and the convenience of being within walking distance to attractions and the train station. However, the room was incredibly small with no option to open the window, which was a letdown. The inclusive dining area was sufficient to fill up but not exceptional, and the facilities were decent.

The service was top-notch and truly embodied the friendliness typical of Japanese hospitality. The location was perfect for exploring on foot, especially to visit the Hiroshima museum and near the Peace Memorial. While the dining experience was fantastic with a good mix of 'Western' and 'Japanese' style foods, the breakfast crowd around 7:30am could get a bit hectic. The facilities overall were superb, offering everything I needed during my trip.
